Il conferimento dei dati necessari a un servizio è obbligatorio: il rifiuto può impedire al Titolare di fornirlo. Chi comunica dati di terzi ne è responsabile.
B. Dati raccolti automaticamente. Dati tecnici di navigazione quali indirizzo IP, nome a dominio, orario della richiesta, dimensione dei file, pagine visitate e funzionalità utilizzate; eventuali dati di localizzazione, precisi (GNSS/GPS) o approssimativi, se autorizzati dal dispositivo.

2. Finalità del trattamento
I dati sono trattati per: rispondere alle richieste e gestire i rapporti contrattuali e precontrattuali; adempiere a obblighi di legge; assistenza clienti; gestione di account e aree riservate; visualizzazione di contenuti da piattaforme esterne; gestione dei pagamenti tramite fornitori terzi; ottimizzazione del traffico e statistiche; gestione del database utenti; profilazione; invio di e-mail e newsletter; campagne di marketing e remarketing; ricerche di mercato; programmi di affiliazione; hosting, infrastruttura e monitoraggio tecnico. 3. Modalità del trattamento
I dati sono trattati con strumenti elettronici. Possono accedervi il personale interno autorizzato, gli amministratori di sistema e fornitori esterni (società informatiche, hosting provider, corrieri), nominati responsabili del trattamento e vincolati da obblighi di riservatezza. 4. Base giuridica
Consenso dell’interessato; esecuzione di un contratto o di misure precontrattuali; adempimento di obblighi legali; esecuzione di un compito di interesse pubblico; legittimo interesse del Titolare.
5. Luogo del trattamento

6. Sicurezza
Il Titolare adotta misure tecniche e organizzative adeguate a proteggere i dati da accessi non autorizzati, perdita, distruzione o divulgazione.
7. Conservazione
I dati sono conservati per il tempo necessario alle finalità per cui sono stati raccolti e, di norma, fino a 10 anni dalla cessazione del rapporto o fino alla scadenza del termine di prescrizione applicabile. I dati trattati sulla base del consenso sono conservati fino alla revoca. Decorsi i termini, i dati vengono cancellati.
8. Processi decisionali automatizzati
Il Titolare non effettua processi decisionali automatizzati, inclusa la profilazione, che producano effetti giuridici o che incidano in modo analogo significativamente sull’interessato.
9. Diritti dell’interessato
L’utente può in qualsiasi momento revocare il consenso, opporsi al trattamento, accedere ai propri dati, ottenerne la rettifica, la limitazione, la cancellazione o la portabilità, e proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali o ricorso all’autorità giudiziaria. This notice describes how 3V Agency S.r.l. 1. Data collected
A. Data provided by the user. Contact and identification details sent to info@3vagency.com or through the channels listed on the site (name, surname, e-mail, phone, company, message content), interests and preferences, and data shared through any linked social accounts. Data needed to provide a service is mandatory: refusing it may prevent the Controller from providing that service. Users who share third parties’ data are responsible for it.
B. Automatically collected data. Technical browsing data such as IP address, domain name, request time, file size, pages visited and features used; location data, precise (GNSS/GPS) or approximate, where authorised on the device.
C. Cookies and similar technologies. Used to recognise the user, remember preferences and measure use of the site, including within ads and e-mails. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
2. Purposes
Data is processed to: reply to requests and manage contractual and pre-contractual relationships; comply with legal obligations; provide customer support; manage accounts and reserved areas; display content from external platforms; handle payments through third-party providers; optimise traffic and statistics; manage the user database; profiling; send e-mails and newsletters; marketing and remarketing campaigns; market research; affiliate programmes; hosting, infrastructure and technical monitoring. Some purposes involve sharing data with Google and Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
3. Processing methods
Data is processed with electronic tools. It may be accessed by authorised internal staff, system administrators and external providers (IT companies, hosting providers, couriers), appointed as processors and bound by confidentiality. 4. Legal basis
The data subject’s consent; performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures; compliance with legal obligations; performance of a task carried out in the public interest; the Controller’s legitimate interest.
5. Place of processing
Data is processed at the Controller’s operating offices and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. Any transfer outside the EU takes place in compliance with Chapter V of the GDPR. For information: info@3vagency.com.
6. Security
The Controller adopts appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data from unauthorised access, loss, destruction or disclosure.
7. Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for and, as a rule, up to 10 years after the relationship ends or until the applicable limitation period expires. Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until consent is withdrawn. Once these periods expire, data is deleted.
8. Automated decision-making
The Controller does not carry out automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects the data subject.
9. Data subject rights
Users may at any time withdraw consent, object to processing, access their data, obtain its rectification, restriction, erasure or portability, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) or bring an action before the courts. Requests are free of charge, should be sent to info@3vagency.com and are answered within 30 days.
